The first thing is that sbi has charged unnecessary fine for month of september-18
Second is that when i bought a phone with an emi they have charged full amount of phone in my bill and also are charging monthly emi without refund of the full amount. This is worst attitude and highly irritating.. It clearly sounds a sort of fraud on part of a bank.
I’m having card whose ₹5000 yearly rent is charged and on the top of it i have all that shocking attitude on their part.
I’m calling since billing day.. Even the consumer care number is always busy and seems that they have blocked my registered contact number. I also tried their sms service that is also not working!
This sort of attitude may force me to either go to consumer court or give back their credit card.. Was this information helpful? |
