I have applied for an SBI credit card, but I encountered an error stating "F-55 DATABASE Defaulter." It is important to note that I do not possess an SBI account nor have any prior association with SBI. My CIBIL score is 782, indicating a good credit history.

This issue is significantly impacting my financial decisions, and it is distressing as I have not engaged in any improper activities concerning my personal data. Thus, I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.
