On Jan 5th, 2021. I have done a payment for my life insurance. The payment was done in BhimUpi app. During that payment I didn't receive any notification. I have rechecked that insurance policy no. and it showed me that payment is not done yet. So, I have payed again. after that I received two message from bank that amount (in Rs.) 8, 339.00 has been deducted two times. I went to Sbi Life Insurance to talk about it They have took time more than two month. and they have told me that the amount was not received here. I also try to complaint BhimUpi app, but they have removed my complaints. Ok. I have tried to contact bank, but no responce and there phone no is switched off. I have complaint in Sbi website. They snap it, and my complaints got vanished. So, recently I have heard about consumer forum. And this the complaint on it.
