State Bank Of India [SBI] — failure in transaction | |||||
I had paid electricity bill of rs 6720/- through bhim app and debited from my sbi account on dt 6-7-2017. But yet this amount is neither received to beneficiary nor backed credited to my bank account. Where is my amount gone who is utilising it could not ascertained by sbi or bhim till now after constant followup of both agencies by me from 3 months and more.
