State Bank Of India [SBI] — fake call saying they are calling from sbi credit card department

Hello, i got a call just few minutes before (29th oct 2018 at 2:19pm) from +91-[protected] asking if i received my sbi credit card. I replied yes, they said they are offering gift voucher and they want to dispatch. So they asked to confirm with my credit card details. I pretended as if i was not able to listen. He hung and called again from same number. I did same thing. Then he immediately at 2:20pm called me from [protected] and another person saying he is from sbi credit card dept asks if i have any issues using credit card, i said i haven't used it. Then he says its not been activated and this call is regarding activation, so he needed my card details. I asked him if he can seen my card status, he replied yes and i asked the status he said its blocked. One time activation is required. But actually i have used it a couple of times. I just misguided them. Then before verification i asked to verify yourself and asked to tell me the dispatch date of my card. He hung up the call. I called back on 2nd number and asked for explanation to hang the call, he asked if i wasn't having any work. I said its none of your business, he then abused with dirty bad words and hung the call. So i want to complain against such frauds so that many poor innocents should be their victim. I was a victim once a year before and i had complained regarding it over here. Please take a strict action.
