State Bank Of India [SBI] — fastag recharge issue

I facing issue with fast tag recharge. When I am trying to recharge then it's showing " Recharge is blocked due to Limited KYC. Please upgrade your Wallet as KYC Customer for the further transaction. " Till now I recharged my tag 500rs approx. so I not cross 10, 000 monthly limit. I submit issue at 28th Feb 2020 and till it's not solve. Many times I email sent to following accounts but nobody reply. "helpdesk.fastag", team.[protected]@sbi.co.in West Zone RFID, South Zone RFID, North Zone RFID, "[protected]@gitechnology.in", CM 6 SPL Projects, fastag itsupport I buy fasttag from JOSHI HYUNDAI MOHALI and also they are not good. my vehicle no is mh19cu4453. Today i have completed KYC, but i cant recharge fasttag. following error occur "Recharge is blocked due to Limited KYC. Please upgrade your Wallet as KYC Customer for the further transaction."

please guide me or resolve the same.
