State Bank Of India [SBI] — FD Maturity Final settlement declined due to ADVT CARDLIEN.

Dear sir,
I would like to inform that my fixed deposit A/C No. [protected] dated 03.02.2011 and matured on 30.10.2013. Again reinvested for till 26.7.2016 under branch Bhadreswar code 2021.
I visited my service branch on 14.09.2016 for final settlement payment. That time Branch manager informed to me the above FD lien with ADVT CARD REF NO.[protected]/04/2012. He also told me, he can't able to help in this regards. After heated this I totally confused.
I don't have any SBI credit card . I don't know any thing regarding this lien.
Now a day I am 80 years old fellow. I can't able to understand how to get my hard earned money. So I request you to look into the matter urgently and take necessary action so that I can get the money back at the earliest.
