Young girl who is literate in Hindi but not in English opened an account in SBI.
For 2 hours I tried to help her download and activate the YONO app. Kindly note, I have been using Internet Banking for many, many years so am quite experienced.
I also used the SBI helpline (YONO section). All was in vain, we could not activate the app.

I give the helpline person 7 out of 10
I give YONO app 3 out of 10. It is a terrible app, particularly for anyone who knows Hindi but not English
