100Rs is deducted in name of FL [protected]@ CSP outlet, please tell why

[protected] this date I got deducted 100/- from my A/c as FI txn @csp outlet .Thing is I have not exceeded the 4 transactions from my account this month but used UPI .And I know for UPI there are no deductions. this time it went to 100/- As this is the huge amount I would request you to verify once the details and send me the details of the deduction

today my grandma account has got deducted2700/- from her A/c as FI txn @csp outlet . there is the cheating bank sbi very worst response

I'm SAIKUMAR RAJANALA. My Accounts number is [201XXXXX079]. IFSC : SBIN0005321.
On 22/08/2023 date Rs. 8000/- deducted from my SBI account and message showing in statement as "fi txn @ csp outlet"[protected].
I don't know why my amount is deducted soi raising the complaint.
Even i didn't get any kind of message regarding this deduction on my mobile phone.
Please revert my amount. Hopefully i will get my money as soon as possible.
