I have been reporting continuously approaching the bank and have meet the manager and showed him the entire proof of interest rate being reduced in the system against what is mentioned in the fd receipt issued to me. Further they have manipulated the maturity period and charged me the penalty on interest. This was not just first instance and they are not ready to correct the mistake in spite of i escalating the matter and have logged many complaint tickets on the website. Without even responding to my email they are just closing the ticket. No proper response it given. Not sure why are auditors not catching this things and reporting to the public. Today, i see manager was laughing when i expressed my concern and told i will not be doing anything about it. How can the fd be issued and changed in back end without intimating to account holder. No instructions for the changes are given by the customer.

Updated by tejas_bangalore This is still not resolved, please change the status. I had asked the bank to give the calculation of the interest made from there end still they have to provide it. I have been following up on the same.
