[Resolved]  State Bank Of India [SBI] — Flipkart have initiated the refund and gave me reference no but still not received in my account. My home branch not helping me

I ordered a smartphone from Flipkart in 20468rs+100rs charge total 20568rs at 20 dec 2022 & cancelled it at 22 dec 2022
Flipkart initiated the refund at 22 dec 2022 & I was expecting to receive the refund amount at 28 dec 2022
But still haven't received the refund amount in my bank account
Flipkart customer care says go to your home with reference no they will help you but my branch employee and manager both not giving me any help they are we don't any anything about that talk to Flipkart
