I got a call on 16/5/2020 6.50pm from a person and he pretended as sbi credit card service employee, he told me my full details about the credit card and the address, pan card no, email... That i given for sbi credit card, then he done two transactions 20k first and 19900 second total 39, 900₹.
Then only i seen the money spent messages in my credit card. Transaction happened on mobikwik.
Same day i complained to sbi customer support, nodal officer through email but due to covid support is less.
20/5/2020 i filled cyber case against this transaction.
21/5/2020 i dispute those transactions through sbi mobile app.
No positive things happened yet.
I wonder how my details regards sbi credit card along with my address and other details gone outside???
I heard many cases regards sbi cards, why there is no safety measures in sbi card section.
I damn sure that the fraud have my old application that i filled for sbi credit card, because my paying guest address i mentioned there only that he knows.
My savings account and salary account both in sbi, now i fear to continue with sbi. Only/mostly sbi customer details leaked specially in credit card section.
Why sbi don't do anything for this, and make customer details more secure.
I will complain to bank ombudsman if sbi demands me to pay the fraud transaction amount, sbi can't keep their customer's details confidently.
I would like to recommend sbi to do something specially for security as well as prevent the data leakage from your side.

I apply sbi credit card from paytm application
After than a call from sbi bank than after 2 transactions of 39000/- debit from my credit card account . I loss my Total amount of 78000/- in credit card without any use .
