[Resolved]  State Bank Of India [SBI] — Fraud Transactions from SBI Account and Credit Card

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that my father Name is Rajnath Rawat who has a SBI Saving Account (Acc. No.-[protected]) with your SBI Branch CCRAS Janakpuri Delhi.
He is also using a SBI credit card.
Telephonic fraud happened when he called SBI customer care no. ([protected]) which is mentioned on SBI passbook last page, on dated 01.03.2022. around 4 to 6 PM timing. He called for enquiry about his SBI credit card payment status.

in a single call approx. 2 hrs. and during the call the representative changed the internet banking password and Rs. 433000 transacted from account from internet banking and Rs. 29500 transacted from SBI Credit card also on same date (01.03.2022) amount transacted by some named account Nearby Technologies Mumbai.

We are surprised that, how this fraud happened while calling on SBI registered customer care no. this was a telephonic fraud case or Phishing case we have informed to SBI Bank and Cyber Crime department of Delhi Police, we request you to kindly help us to resolve this issue and kindly help us to get reimburse the amount deducted from the account.
