State Bank Of India [SBI] — fraud withdrawal

Case : on 15th dec 2017, night some one emptied/withdrawal my mother's sbi account. Around rs. 70, 146.32 were withdrawal overnight. She had the card and never shared the card or pin with anyone.

I lodged my complaint on 17/12/17, ticket number are [protected] / 32650 / 33185/4148/4583 / 5086 / 68888. also, as no one was co operating in sbi sus road, pashan pune branch, we went to sbi camp branch pune, they asked us to fill the dispute form and that we have to submit that form in our sbi home branch which is gwalior (M. P). With such a busy life, it become difficult to travel gwalior from pune only for this work because in other banks case is not the same (Everything is centralized and online). We further contacted and shared the fir and fir pnb copy with sbi jayendraganj, gwalior - mr. Hundu. Further we even went to sbi gwalior and personally submitted the dispute form. We also received the acknowledgement on 26.12.2017.

The skimming of atm card was done from pnb atm situated in pashan, pune and police (Chaturshringi, pune) has taken into custody all the three people involved in this fraud. I have attached a newspaper cutting of this.

Its been 2 month, since this fraud happened. Its a huge amount and we are in great need of money now. Please respond to this mail within 48 hours, what to be done and how our money will we get back. As it has to be done through the card insurance, please deposit our money back. We need money now, as its been a month and no seriousness has been shown from sbi - sad!

Please deposit our money within this week.
