Dear sir, my name is hendrietta gonsalves, i am holding sbi credit card. Yesterday on 1st august 2017, i alerted by 5-6 sms that some 5 transactions were made through my credit card fraudulantly. The details of transactions are given below : 1.8.2017 aud70 1.8.2017 usd2 1.8.2017 aud180 1.8.2017 aud70 1.8.2017 aud180 I bring to your notice that the above transactions were not made by me. Today on 31st July 2017 at 20:15 I tried to withdraw 500 from my account. The amount has been deducted from my account but I didn't receive any cash.

I submitted my forms to open an account in sbi Madar, Ajmer branch. And it was maximum a work of 2 days with passbook and net banking. But I'm very disappointed by the workers that they took 7 days to give me passbook and net banking and my atm is still left.
I want to surrender my sbi credit card, it is not possible to run continue, please let me know the procedure of surrender policy of the card .I shall ever remain greatful to you.yearly fees of credit card is too high.
