Dear sir, i am the sbi credit card holder, my name is hendrietta gonsaslves. Yesterday, on 1st august, i got back to back 5 smss that some unknown person used my credit card and made unauthorised transactions through my card. Infact, i received all transaction smss at 19.28 hrs on 1st august. The transaction details are shown below :

1.8.2017 aud180
1.8.2017 aud70
1.8.2017 aud180

My card was hacked and made the above transactions. This is the security lapses from sbi. Kindly look into the matter and reversal the transaction amount. Kindly do not raise bill to me as this transactions were not made by me.
