State Bank Of India [SBI] — fraudulent othpg transactions

Hello sir,

This is prashant maity, i wish to bring to your notice, a fraudulent transaction which took place form last few months, using my uncle's [mr. Kamal mandal ] sbi account. Every day a small amount of 300 - 400 rs got debit from the account on the name of paytm and one97 communication, also we are not getting transaction notification sms. We came to know this when my uncle visited the bank and print his passbook. When my uncle come to know about these transactions, he blocked his atm card. My uncle is not familiar with the internet, he doesn't have a paytm account as well.

When i saw the passbook entries and noticed that, each transaction has mentioned othpg with some different serial no. When i search for othpg then i come to know that this is fraud transaction and others also complained about this.

The total debited amount is around 24000 rs. I request you to please look into this matter as soon as possible and do the needful. I also attached the passbook entries
