State Bank Of India [SBI] — fraudulent transaction on credit card

On 5th December 2017, 2 fraud transactions amounting to Rs. 10000/- and Rs. 9999/- happened on my credit card and as and when I saw the transactions alert I called customer care and informed them about the fraud and get the card blocked and did all the formalities as required, but till now no satisfactory result has come out. Whatever amount was used by me in the card I have paid all the money for EMI's also till May 2018. Currently bank persons are calling me and my family members and are harassing us. Request you to kindly look into the matter as me and my family is getting harassed a lot and my civil score is getting deteriorated without any fraud done by me because of which mine and my family life has got stuck at a place.
