State Bank Of India [SBI] — frequent deduction amounting rs 295/- & 235/- from sbi current account

Dear sir,
Frequently i am facing the deduction of rs. 295/- & rs 235/- from my account. Deduction saying transferred to investment intermediate.
I have never instructed or mandated such payment.

This is a clear case of cheating & theft from the bank account.
How can bank accept such mandate without the consent of authorised signatory!!

Kindly help and initiate for refunding my amount.

My sbi account no is xxxxx972090, its a company account.
This is creating lots of disturbances and imbalancing in our cheque clearances at times!!
Ifsc code: sbin0011560 is for state bank of india, sector 93 noida, gautam buddha nagar, uttar pradesh.
