State Bank Of India [SBI] — Fund initiated by Amazon but not receive in account

Hey There ! i did purchase on amazon website portal and i got refund amount of ₹ 2263. But refund js not visible in my account I have refund reference number also which is #[protected] . I did call the customer care no. they told me to visit my home branch , the manager said that they can’t help me with this and giving me the solution. Please look into this matter my will give my bank details . Please help me through this.
