State Bank Of India [SBI] — Harassment and mental torture

My self Nishant Patel would like to inform you that many a times I have intimated SBI bank regarding my financial situation and as of now I'm not in a state to pay my credit card dues. Still the SBI officials are harassing me and giving a threathing calls. I'm totally into mental stress. Below are the brief detail.date: 19/04/21, I received a call from SBI recovery agent stating that he is speaking on behalf of SBI legal department, call me on official landline number. His mobile number is [protected] and employee id 329864. On calling back to his mobile number from my cell phone that person is not responding. Now I will seek compensation from SBI in the name of harassing and threatening.

Date is 8th April 2021 when I started receiving call. Recovery agent communication was not in a proper way. He abuse me, my staff members and colleagues. Inspite of repeated request for not call on official landline number from my colleagues, recovery agent started deforming them. Your SBI guideline/ SOP/protocols says to harassed or threaten the customers? Not even in RBI guideline it's written. Recovery agent was not professional at all. Can u please send me his name and employee number. Recovery agent will rupture my reputation, my privacy shall be disclosed to everyone, I'll be jobless, recovery agent shall harrassed other employees also where I'm working. Yesterday I received sms also after blocking his number. I[censored] can't take action against him, then I'll have to take action. There are others customers also he is dealing with them. What about them? Bank hasn't given recovery agent rights to cross their limits. No customer can tolerate or listen to such conversation. Mean while I have had a words with customer care executive also. Reponse from customer care executive was no recovery agent are authorised for harassing and threatening. On enquiring the mobile number from which I had received call is not traceable. I'm a middle class common man, there is no way of cheating with the bank. U might also have faced some financial issue in the past or may be facing.

I told the bank that once I get financially strong I will make the payment. Today date: 08/04/21 I received a call from SBI recovery agent mobile number: [protected]. agent started harassing and threatening personally, professionally. He said he will contact MD, chairmain, HR department and other staffs of the organization where I am working and my relatives. He also said that he will leave me jobless and will rapture all my reputation. Recovery agent is communicating me on official landline number where I'm working. My family knows everything thing about my credit card outstandings. This is not the way of communication. I’m not saying that I will not pay. Recovery agents are taking home visit also. Today 09/04/21, recovery agent sent me an threatening messages. He behave very rudely and use abuse language. In reponse I also replied rudely.

Kindly help me. Also recovery agent is calling me from alternate number stating he is speaking from legal department changing his identity.

Few days back without a legal notice from SBI, I received a call and message for attending a lok Adalat. No prior legal notice received from SBI end for attending the court.
