[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — harassment/threat calls | |
Hi all respected sirs, This is to bring in notice where we are getting threatening/harassing calls from sbi card recovery agents giving constant tortures and lot of depression too. From last one week from 11 jan 2019 me and my both maternal and in-laws family are getting constant threatening calls from a person name gaurav ahuja ([protected]) and vijay[protected],[protected],[protected] claims to be from sbi credit card department. They are even calling to me and my husbands company where we are working for this matter. They are harassing our managers, hr and even company clients. This is totally cross violation of privacy by calling any one and threatening who are not at all linked with your cards / loans etc and the sbi should compensate for our mental torture and loss of business hours. They are threatening us by saying that they will make our & our family lives miserable by making us unemployed. My husband is depression. My father and father in-law aged above 60 are also heart patients are really stressed. My husband never said that he will not repay the amount, but asked for sometime to arrange money to which they are not at all agreeing and asking for immediate payment. Did any one help us how we can take action against such unsolicited harassment calls from sbi collection recovery agents since they are not only harassing consumer but also defaming bank and their employees.
