I have recieved a message that: hold for inr 99, 99, 99, 999.00 created in your account xxxxxxxxxxx on dd/mm/yy.
How this works. Without informing or contacting customer. Haven't recieved any call or updates from bank yet. Tried calling to branch but no response. Contacted customer care, however they advise to contact branch. I don't stay near to my home branch. I have no idea how do bank like sbi.
Who will be responsible for this and the losses during this.

Myself Govind working in HAL f and f division, HAL has been issued gift cards worth rs 1600 I hv 2 cards both r hv no balance when I complete in the branch that officer very neglate 2 me doe's not respond me that's y complaint u plzzz sir refund my gift cards balance its my humble request you thanku sir...

After declined transaction of rupees 9500.00 [06/03/2018/13:36] my account is debited and hasn't refunded till now.
I raised dispute but there is no any response from the other side.
please help me to refund my money
