State Bank Of India [SBI] — held lien amount of[protected] for no reasons
I have recieved a message that: hold for inr 99, 99, 99, 999.00 created in your account xxxxxxxxxxx on dd/mm/yy.
How this works. Without informing or contacting customer. Haven't recieved any call or updates from bank yet. Tried calling to branch but no response. Contacted customer care, however they advise to contact branch. I don't stay near to my home branch. I have no idea how do bank like sbi.
Who will be responsible for this and the losses during this.
