OTP reception proves damp squib for Internet Banking users | Feedback cum complaint Hi, I am holding an account in State Bank of India bearing Account Number XXXXXXX7632. I have the internet banking active for the same account number. I have lodged a complaint for an issue to the State bank of India customer service couple of times for past 3 years. I am unable to receive the OTP on my registered mobile number while making online transactions via net banking. I even changed the reception mode of OTP from text to voice still it it not working. Actually I am not the only customer whose faces such issue, majority of the customers face the same issue. Sometimes it work sometimes not. What is wrong with the State Bank of India? If you people are not able to provide OTP facility feasible and working for customers then why to provide? Do your lack network servers so the OTP generation facility remains congested? Cannot you afford to upgrade your network servers which provide OTP facility? Then provide us an alternative way like verifying online transactions by providing profile password or by receiving OTP through registered email.
