State Bank Of India [SBI] — I am complaining about money being debited every month

Hello sir/ ma'am
I Sushmika Rai registered mobile no. [protected] account holding in sbi my account no. is [protected] writing this to inform that my ₹500 has been debited on 7/01/23 for mutual fund SIP ( SBI Liquid Fund with folio no.[protected] . I have started mutual fund sip by YONO app. After debiting amount but it is showing zero in investment. And the SIP was cancelled because of not submitting KYC form but still amount was deducted. I have already registered a complain by calling customer care executive but the executive could not mentioned it correctly and the complain no. Is[protected].
I would like to register a complain about the amount deducted and not showing in investment also I would like to request you to refund my money and cancel the SIP as soon as possible.
