State Bank Of India [SBI] — i am complaining about my atm transaction

I have recieved a massage that "dear customer, your transaction at pos 99999999 has been declined due to insufficient fund in your account." while i have my atm and i did not use it. Therefore, you should solve my problem as soon as possible.
