State Bank Of India [SBI] — I can't change my phone number

Respected sir,
Whenever i try to update my phone number or email id, this page given below shows up. I have never done these actions so far. The result was same when i try to do this in both my phone and laptop.
This appears after we submit our date of birth and place of birth
