State Bank Of India [SBI] — I compliant against branch manager and service manager at halisahar st rd branch | |||||
Dear sir/madom, With due respect i beg to state that i, smt pranjali roy is a bank holder of sbi bank at halisahar st road branch. This account no is [protected] and customer id is [protected] & branch code is 12463. I inform you sir that me and my son went to deposit money in the bank sbi but but we could not able to deposit money by sbi green remit card and we can't able to withdrawal the money by atm card into the sbi bank till now Also i inform you sir that why can i not deposit by sbi green remit card? For what gives you the atm card? I went to the bank in time of need and i could not use by these card then i do not need these sbi green remit card and 30 rupees will be return to me in cash. Because that day i talked to the service manager and branch manager in sbi branch at halisahar but They said that the banking system will not let sbi green remit card and what can i do? Also i inform you sir that i could not print pass-book because machine damage but why sir? If you don't work for these complaint that i will fully satisfied that all employ's are if you don't work that i will fully satisfied that all employ's deceited to the bank holder at halisahar branch.
