[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — i deposited cash in cdm transaction completed but money not deposited into my account | |||
Good morning respected ones, I’m vijay from gajuwaka visakhapatnam. On 18/12/19 at 12:15 pm near to me there is sbi e corner attached to sbi gajuvaka branch then there i deposited money to my account using my debt card through cash deposit machine of ₹21000 which are 42 notes of ₹500 denominations but the machine at 1st taken 24 notes of denominations ₹500 which is ₹12000 and it returned back me 18 notes and again i made multiple attempts then it take 26 notes which is ₹13000 (26*500=13000) and returned back me of 16 notes of 500 denominations =16*500=8000. Then i completed the transaction as ₹13000 already taken by the machine and for remaining 8000 i think like to make another transaction. But after transaction completed i didn’t get reciept and machine went to offline and money not credited in to my debit card added bank account. Immediately i went to the bank officers of sbi branch gajuwaka and raised complaint against cash deposit machine as above mentioned denominations of ₹13000. Then they said your complaint will be rectified with in 3days but it was not solved after 3days i went to the bank and asked the bank officers about my complaint. Now the bank officers answered me very recklessly as they didn’t have any count of extra notes through cdm and didn’t get tally with that amount as i complaint and simply said met the branch manager for further details. But the branch manager is on leave, now i completely got cheated by these sbi bank gajuwaka branch visakhapatnam andhra pradesh. I want to file a complaint against those branch officers.
