State Bank Of India [SBI] — I don't get my refund although myntra successfully transferred my refund into my bank account

Address:14-A jagdamba colony padli meena Agra road, Jaipur, Rajasthan, 302031

I returned a product on 28 december to myntra they initiate my refund on 28 december and told me to wait till 7 january but i don't get my refund yet i called them they told me that they successfully transferred my refund and gave me a reference number regarding regarding this please help me out in this matter i want my money back. Please gave me my money..

Everytime there has been a debit if 295 rs from my account saying sbir intermedia investment and I had not invested in any personally. Pls do the needful
