State Bank Of India [SBI] — i have made a transaction, amount debited from my account but merchant did not received the amount. | |||||
I have made a pos transaction at a merchant outlet on 14th jan, 2018 using my sbi debit cum atm card. The transaction was failed saying server was busy. But money is debited from my account (I. E 2500 rs) i contacted the merchant and they said that they had not received the money into their account. They told to confirm it in bank. Then i called to the tollfree number of sbi several times to lodge a complain but they said no update is showing in their system so unable to lodge a complaint. Then i wentto the nearest sbi branch where my account is, they also didnt respond to it. Its already 10 days and till date, i did not receive that money to my sbi account. When i visited my sbi home branch and asked for any outstanding money, they said that they will not have any information about pos transactions and spoke very rudely with me. I even initiated a complaint with sbi, number #[protected]. But till date, there is no response for that. Please suggest me how to proceed on this and receive my money.
