State Bank Of India [SBI] — i have not received my refund amazon told me to enquire from customer care

I have returned amazon stuff on 14th of september, 2017 and i got information from the amazon representative that the refund have been initiated from their side and due to some technical issue it haven't credited to my account then they told me to contact bank customer care and ask them to check for the refund using refund reference number..

Kindly help me out for my refund of 1, 179rs. Waiting for your action.. Kindly take immediate actions..
