State Bank Of India [SBI] — I have transferred 10000 inr to another sbi account. its been three months. I still haven't received my money back.

On the date of 27/06/2017, I have done an IMPS / P2A transfer of INR 10000 to my mother's SBI account. Money has been debited from my account but It does not credited into my mother's account. I have been regularly visiting my home branch for the complaint I have raised there. Bank manager also has confirmed that money has been received through the system but it is not credited into account. He filed the complaint about the issue but still SBI has not solved my problem.
