State Bank Of India [SBI] — Ill-treating behaviour of branch manager towards customers | |||
Recently i went to the branch manager of madhavadhara sbi (Branch code:12839) (As on 22.02.2017) for getting counter signature on mandate form as i have joined in the present station on transfer from chennai. I paid the requisite fee of rs.115/- in cash towards servive charge as my account balance on the day is zero in as much as i did not get salary for the last one and half month ie from 14.01.17. On perusal of my account, the bm threatened that my account will be closed soon. I replied that feb salary will be credited soon so no problem. But the manager, purportedly lacking manageral conductance with costumers and showing ill feeling towards me threatened me that my account may be closed even before that thereby creating panic in me.in this way the manager, not considering my transaction history, treated me as fool. He has shown to me poor ambience which he ought not to have shown to any costumer of the bank. No person can be prosperous forever to maintain full balance. I complained via cms, but no satisfactory action. Hence i request the concerned authority to take appropriate action against such public authority. Was this information helpful? | |||
