State Bank Of India [SBI] — ill-treatment and harassment kind of treatment from the ceo desk (ms. sheetal suneja) | |||
Hi, i have a sbi credit card for more than 5-6 years. As there were couple of sms that seemed to be fake (Claiming to be sent from sbi) i talked with one of the rep. About 1 week ago and instead of helping me out to sort this issue he was rude the way he replied. As i escalated this issue with the senior management including the nodal officer and ceo (Desk) and other sr. Managers, today 21-oct-2017 i received a call from ms. Sheetal suneja. She told me that she was calling from the ceo desk of sbi and instead of listening to my concern about the way the rep. Rudely talked with me, she said that the rep. Will speak in that way only, which sounded so rude and she even went to the extent of saying that i shouldn't escalate such issues with the nodal officer and the ceo and when i asked her as to why they have the escalation process, she was not able to answer my question but made me to say that i would like to deactivate my credit card and immediately said that she can help me to deactivate my card. I feel that this could be a fake call as i think she called me to get all my credit card details and wanted to misuse it as i should provide her all the card details if i had to deactivate my credit card. Also, she went to the extent of saying that i can escalate her rude attitude to the senior management including the ceo and said that no action would be initiated against her which definitely gives me a feeling that she is not definitely from sbi and it was a fake call from a landline number. I wish sbi can investigate this fake call or if ms. Sheetal suneja is from sbi as she claimed why was i insulted, ill-treated the way she did. Was this information helpful? | |||
