Most humbly and respectfully i want to state that on 3rd dec 2016 i book my flight ticket through debit card i, e, 7902 but the transaction was not successfull and the ammount was deducted i have been complain to the customer care but still i din't get any answer. So please kindly consider this letter for your kind.
