State Bank Of India [SBI] — I'm complaining about amount deducted from my account without my knowledge and use!

Hi im dr naveen kumar. I bear an sbi account with branch code 1902 kadapa ap state! On july 11th 2018 rs 4000 has been deducted from my account with out my knowledge or use! The said debited transaction bears the id swoo [protected] 08-july-18 [protected]. I tried registering a complain online with sbi, but coudnt register it under thier nature of complaints section, kindly help me in refunding my back thanking you
