I done a quick transfer in sbi online banking. I transfer the amt of rs 90000. Imps was timed out. Amount not credited to the transferred account. But it is debited from my account. Please refund the amount my account.
on 14th Mar my 2 transactions failed, but Money is deducted.
If i go to Bank.they are unable to track .Below is the steps i did for far.
1.Visited Bank as per the Message, Bank is unable fetch and asked me to call Customer Care
2.Customer care is unable to Fetch and asked me to raise Online Complaint
3.In Online form i see TXN IDUTR NO, in the message i see only IMPS reference Number.Wen asked Customer care about this.They asked me to update the Passbook, in the these details will be there
4.PassBook is printed but still unable to see any details.
Is your Issue resolved.How to get this resolved and get my money back?
