On 28/05/2024 at around 4.40 pm, I transferred Rs.40000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand only) to “AxxxxxxLimited, IDBI Bank, A/c No.xxxxxxxx0617, IFSC Code:xxxxxx1024” in IMPS mode through SBI Yono App. I sensed a technical glitch after I inputting the OTP to transfer the money while completing the transaction.
The details of transaction are as referred above.
Even after 3 days have lapsed, neither the amount of Rs.40000/- is credited to the beneficiary nor remitted back to my above-mentioned SB Account in your Branch.
Hence, I request you to kindly investigate the matter and arrange to resolve the issue by crediting the amount of Rs.40000/- back to my SB A/c No.xxxxxx4126 and oblige.
