Hi Team,
I tried to do 2 transactions on 14th Mar, But failed both the times.Third time i tried it succeeded.But my money got debited for first 2 transactions(10500 + 10500).I did the following steps to get my money Bank.
If i go to Bank.they are unable to track .Below is the steps i did for far.
1.Visited Bank as per the Message, Bank is unable fetch and asked me to call Customer Care
2.Customer care is unable to Fetch and asked me to raise Online Complaint
3.In Online form i see TXN IDUTR NO, in the message i see only IMPS reference Number.Wen asked Customer care about this.They asked me to update the Passbook, in the these details will be there
4.PassBook is printed but still unable to see TXDID\UTR NO:

Failed Transaction details:
IMPS Ref No:[protected]
IMPS Ref No:[protected]
Please let me know how to proceed further.
