State Bank Of India [SBI] — IMPS transfer failure

I tried to transfer an amount to my icici bank account since i entered wrong account no unknowingly, i had requested the way get my amount back but sbi customer care executive did not give me sufficient information regarding my query n disconnected my call with least response even after several try to sbi customer care. N branch manager did not give solution n responded to my query we never expected such a bad response

Resected Sir,
I had open salary account in 2005-06 at SBS, Babra, Amreli for salary. But in 2012 I have transferred in Una(Gujarat).so my account transfer from SBS (SBI)BABRA, AMRELI to UNA, but they didn't transfer CIF NUMBER &ADDRESS.
So, please response me faster now what process I do.

I am a student studied outside hometown. Me and my father made a great mistake by open account in bank in SBI. Every time when my father want to sent money to me by depositing the same in my bank account, sbi charges rs 57 always and that is painful.
