State Bank Of India [SBI] — imps transfer - no refund even after 7 days sbi sucks

Address:Karmanghat, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, 500035

I was transferring my salary from one account to another using IMPS, money was deducted but I didn't receive it in my other account, I have also received SMS from SBI that the transfer has failed, please reverse the amount deducted from my account.

I never faced issues with my other bank account, IMPS supposed to be immediate, if it fails it should be returned immediately, I started hating SBI, I will not advise anyone to take SBI accounts.
