There is SWOS charge for 5000 posted to my account today 1-Mar-2022. for date 23 Feb 2022. I only tried to withdraw cash from ATM on 23 which is failed transaction. ATM is SBI ATM and clearly showed failed transaction message on screen and money did not come out.
please ask bank to verify and reverse the amount quickly which is debited to my account. customer care number is not present on official website and compliant portal does not have suitable option to raise this compliant
