State Bank Of India [SBI] — informing about my credit card debts to neighbours and to my wife family

I had used sbi credit card but due to losses in business and unemployment could not pay the debts however the debts collection agency have started informing about my debt to wifes family they also reached wifes relatives home and informed them about the debts and then they also started telling my neighbors about my debt, i am going through mental stress, being a blood pressure patient it cause me health problems also.
