State Bank Of India [SBI] — Inter city charges in havoc condition due to withdrawal of rs 500 note

I deposited rs 6500 old 500 rs notes in non home brach rani tower rajkot. Branch was not ready to accept money due over work. On arguing they accepted money. At present they have waived charges for the time being as havoc is going on. But when i checked my account they debited my account rs 57.5 as intercity charges. Officer did not tell me about the charges, sbi must refund my money.

I have ₹10 coin amount 5000 I want be diposit in my account but cashier and bank manager told me that he can't diposit my coin U can go main branch and diposit your coin there branch I will call to SBI costmer care but no response to in my to my problem
