I am Akshay Yethirajam, having a Savings Account with State Bank of India, Panchpaoli Branch, Nagpur.

I am not able to Login to the SBI Internet Banking portal.
My User Id is : akkiyethi

When I try to login, error message pops up saying - "The user name has been deactivated. Please contact your branch."

The Bank is not responding inspite of mutliple reminder emails.
Such pathetic service by one of the leading Banks of India.
