State Bank Of India [SBI] — internet banking facility not yet converted to vyapar

This is to inform you that i haven't received the internet banking facility as per vypaar for my company named hard metal depositors (I) pvt ltd whose account no. Is [protected]. The branch name is b. T. Road. I have applied it multiple times for the change from khata to vypaar but they are not at all interested in doing that. Lately they said that it cannot be converted from khata to vypaar and you have to apply freshly. And for that also i am agreed but still there not at all any response. Is this the way you deal your customer?? Kindly do the needful.
