State Bank Of India [SBI] — Internet banking user id is deactivated

I am Atanu debnath. I have a savings account in SBI ending with 5379. My home branch is barovisha, branch code 7144, IFSC code sbin0007144. Till 04/06/2022 morning I was able to access my account using net banking facility. But after that I am unable to login my account using my id and password. I got a massage that my user id is deactivated. When I am trying to login threr i written that "the user name has been deactivated. Please contact your branch." So I visited branch. They told me to write an application to reactivate my user id and I did so, then they told me my id will be activated within 2 hours. But 2 days over my id is till deactivated. I visited branch again and asked manager about this. Then branch manager told me that " we did what we can, we have nothing more to do." I asked then how I use my account. Manager told "I don't know.
Please help me getting my user ID activated.
