The state bank of india account was opened more than 1½ months before. The details (User id & password) available in the welcome kit of the bank didn't help to open the intenet banking. Visited to local branch (Sbi, bisra chowk, rourkela, odisha) around 15 times. Everybody are expressing helplessness without arriving at a solution as it was understood that they are highly incompetant to resolve the case. This is the bank where the new account no. Was generated.
