My s/b. Account no. Is [protected]. And my atm card is blocked on 06/aug/2017 and ticket no [protected]. I am apply for second atm card but my secound atm card is not issued from long time my first atm card in name of branch motipura himatnagar, dist-sabarkantha

So i m requested to you that kindly issue my secound atm card in my name and post to my home address.
